90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days
of the delivery date. To start a request, email support@silkandjadebeauty.com with
your order number and we will send you simple return instructions.

Condition of returned items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be returned unused and in their
original, sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used
cosmetic products unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of
delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free
replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

How refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10
business days.

Return shipping
Except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility.
