Our Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered with our customer service.

Received the wrong product:

If you have received a faulty product, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The damaged product
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo as proof

If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims regarding damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, replacement, or compensation without proof of damage confirmed by one of our support agents.

Received incorrect product:

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product you did not receive
  • The name of the product you received
  • A photo of the product received

Exchange:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend that you return the faulty item and place a new order for the desired product.

Faulty or damaged products:

If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or otherwise defective, no return shipping costs will be charged.

Return a product:

If the customer purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for actual return costs and return shipping.
